The interview and selection process at HMC is specifically structured to help us assess if you, as an employee, would be able to assimilate the basic technical and management skills required in the field of our expertise. At HMC, a lot of emphasis is laid on teamwork, integrity and hard work. It is therefore essential for us to understand your style of working and approach towards problem solving and weigh it against ours.



Trainee Valuer

Valuation is the second largest department at HMCL. Joining, as a Trainee Valuer will allow you to be trained to carry out Fixed and Current Asset Valuation, whether it is Land, Building, Machinery or Stocks. You will be made familiar with different types of valuation reports that we generate and specialized tips/skills will be given to you so that you may become a successful Valuer in a considerably short period of time. This training program will last for 11/2  - 4 months depending on your performance. After you have been successfully trained you will be given a job title and a permanent position within our valuation department.

Senior Adjuster or Valuer

Professionals who have been involved in the loss adjusting, insurance or valuations may also contact us regarding possibility for Senior Positions within our company. However this would highly depend on experience and critical invert view by the management.

Hiring for all other positions in the Accounts, IT, Human Resource, Business Development etc is done on an ad hoc basis. We usually market for CVs through the local newspapers.
